There is a TON of information online in regards to pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy/postpartum nutrition & exercise. Here are a few of my favorite Instagram accounts to follow:

1. @ebbirth

Dr. Rebecca Dekker took matters into her owns hands after the birth of her first child. The more she thought about everything she experienced while in labor & delivery, the more she started to question whether the practices were evidence-based care or care rooted in history.

2. @themotherseed

Online community and resource for parents all over the world to grow confident in their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey.

3. @everydaybirth

A biannual magazine about pregnancy, birth and parenthood for folks from many life experiences.

4. @icanbirth

ICAN is a no-profit organization whose mission is to improve maternal-child health through education, support and advocacy.

5. @spinningbabies

Pregnancy comfort & easier birth. Use site/videos to improve fetal position (breech, transverse, posterior).

6. @mommy.labornurse

Educating new moms about what's to come! This account is full of visuals and guides to help with pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

7. @motherhoodunderstood

The goal is to educate, connect and prepare women for the emotional complications that sometimes accompany childbirth in the weeks, months and even years that follow. The stuff nobody warns you about.

8. @mother.ly

Motherly was born to send expert ideas and mom-to-mom inspiration to women exactly when they need it. Because an uplifting online community full of expert tricks-of-the-trade and inspiring stories were exactly what we were missing the first time we became moms.
